My approach to speech training begins not with standard performance coaching, but with an entertaining, easy-to-absorb explanation of speech theory. In an hour-long chat your team will learn about the ancient Greek and Roman approach to rhetoric, the study of persuasion, used for 2000 years to teach the art of speech. They will grasp the three principles of speech preparation and walk away with a template they can use for every occasion.

How to define the purpose for your speech
How to organize your material so it’s memorable and focused
How to write for the ear, rather than for the page
Visuals 101: Using data to make your case, rather than overwhelm your audience
How to practice and refine your upcoming speech, presentation, or meeting
Level Two Workshops, comprised of 5 one-hour sessions, include:
Enhanced one-to-one editing and rewriting of upcoming meetings and presentation
Extended performance coaching using exercises + real-life team meeting prep
Visuals 102: Using motifs + visual hierarchy to tell a memorable, persuasive story
Group self-evaluation exercises aimed towards creating lasting culture change
